Privacy Policy

2. Data we process
Account data (name, email), content you upload (photos, videos, audio, documents), usage data and technical log data such as IP address and browser type.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Provision of the contractual service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and processing of special category data only on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
4. Hosting and recipients
Data is hosted exclusively in EU data centres. Processors act under Art. 28 GDPR agreements. There is no transfer to third countries.
5. AI processing
Your content is processed to build and operate your own digital twin only. It is never used to train foundation models and never sold or shared with advertisers.
6. Retention
Content is retained while your account exists and according to the inheritance rules you define. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where statutory retention applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
